1.    Orders and Customization

·         All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

·         We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

·         Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files, logos, and custom text provided for orders are correct and free of errors.

·         We do not accept offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked designs unless you have express written permission to use them.

·         Once an order is placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production, making modifications impossible

·         Bulk orders for businesses, sports teams, and events are available with special pricing options. Contact our support team for more details.

2.    Pricing and Payments

·         Prices for our products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

·         We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

·         Full payment is required before production begins on any custom order.

·         If a payment is declined or unauthorized, the order will not be processed.

·         Discount codes, promotions, or store credits must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

·         Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

 

3.    Shipping

·         Shipping times depend on the carrier.
