RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only     
  • Returns will be accepted for 30 days after your order has been placed
  •  Customer is responsible for all return shipping
  • If an item is mailed to us that does not qualify for a return, customer is responsible for return shipping back
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return
  • Items must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached and free from odors, stains, pet hair, etc.
  • If the item has signs of wear, alterations, damage, or is in any way altered from original form the return will not be accepted
  • All items on sale or marked at a discounted rate are Final Sale and not accepted for return
  • All items purchased with a discount code, preorders, or previous store credit are Final Sale and not accepted for return
  •  All custom orders are Final Sale and not accepted for return
  • If the return is accepted, the store credit will be issued to the email associated with the original order

 

DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you have received the wrong item, are missing items, or the item is damaged please contact us within 14 days after the order has been delivered at sigdesigns.us@gmail.com
